Group coaching takes place on the first three Tuesdays of the month at 10am GMT/UTC and lasts for 60 minutes.

There is a longer 90 minute '90 Day Sprint' session once every 3 months.

Many clients attend all three sessions. Some come to one or two, depending upon their requirements. 

All sessions currently take place on Zoom.

As a coach, my role varies depending on whether I'm working with clients in a 1:1 setting or in a group coaching program. In both cases, I aim to be an impartial and unbiased coach, providing an objective viewpoint and evidence-based approaches whenever possible.

In a 1:1 setting, my aim is to help clients identify their core values and patterns, providing insight and guidance to achieve their own definition of success. As a mirror, I reflect back what clients may not be able to see for themselves, while also giving straightforward advice and challenging comfortable narratives when necessary.

In a group coaching program, my role shifts to facilitation. I enable the whole team to be involved in tackling specific challenges and exploring new territory with energy, inclusion, and focus on the intended outcome. Through proven models, I introduce innovative approaches and support both newly formed and established groups and teams in achieving their goals while avoiding damaging conflict, dead ends, or failing to achieve an appropriate path through creative and critical thinking.

My coaching services are offered through a retainer model, rather than charging per session.

The first three months of coaching are considered an initial sprint and are payable upfront. As a bonus, the cost of your Initial Strategy Call is included in this pricing.

Following the initial sprint, coaching continues on a month-to-month basis, with discounted rates available for those who commit to longer-term coaching.

The coaching process begins with a big picture approach. We take the time to identify what success looks like for you and establish metrics to track progress. We also explore any obstacles that may be hindering your growth.

I prioritize long-term, sustainable improvements over quick fixes. It can take time for established patterns to shift and for new systems to yield results. However, many clients have reported experiencing a compounding effect of the principles, frameworks, and upgrades we create months and years down the line.
